I Face Repeated Pressure Failure with Karcher K5 Washer and No Real Repair from Service
I’ve had an ongoing issue with my Karcher K5 pressure washer. I sent it to service twice for the exact same problem—once in the box I clearly explained: “the machine stops working when the pressure nozzle is attached.” Both times, the service center returned the unit without actually fixing the issue. Instead, they simply changed the power cord and issued a bill stating the problem was resolved.
I specifically requested that someone call me so I could send videos of the problem and explain it clearly. That never happened. If they won’t speak to me directly, they can now watch the videos I uploaded to YouTube. The lack of proper communication and refusal to address the root issue is completely unacceptable.
I expected better from a brand like Karcher, but I’ve been deeply disappointed. I will never buy another Karcher product and will strongly discourage others from doing so. I demand that they take full responsibility and provide an actual solution, not just a meaningless repair bill.
