I Face Major Defects With Karcher SE 3 Compact Home Cleaner on First Use and Demand Refund

On September 20, 2025, I purchased a Karcher SE 3 Compact Home carpet and upholstery cleaning machine from Teknosa for approximately ₺12,000. To my disappointment, the product showed serious malfunctions on its first use.
While testing the machine, the water spray trigger got stuck in the pressed position and the vacuum motor repeatedly shut down. Despite being brand new and used for the very first time, the device is already showing critical defects that make it unusable.
Although I have not yet contacted Karcher customer service or the authorized service center, I was given a receipt at purchase and I know the product is under warranty. After researching online, I found that many other customers have reported similar problems, which makes me believe this unit is inherently defective and should be classified as a faulty product.
Given that such a high-priced product failed immediately, I am not willing to accept a repair attempt. Instead, I am formally requesting a full refund of my payment.
I expect Karcher and Teknosa to take immediate responsibility and resolve this issue without further delay.
