Kärcher Left Me Waiting 30 Days Without Any Update on My Product in Service

Kärcher has not provided any update on my product, which has been in service for 20 business days. Today marks the 30th day, and despite making three notifications, all I get from customer service is an apology and another notification. They don’t seem to care about resolving the issue or keeping customers informed. Kärcher in Turkey is far from professional. The belief in their product quality comes entirely from the German reputation. If the local management team here were to produce anything, it would probably never work. The product, which I trusted because of German assurance, broke down after just a few uses and had to be sent for service.
