Carrefour Has Delayed My Refund For Defective JBL Wave Flex Earbuds
On April 16, I purchased a JBL Wave Flex Bluetooth earbud model through Trendyol from the seller Carrefour SA. Unfortunately, the product arrived defective. Following Trendyol’s instructions, I initially wanted to request a replacement, but I received an automatic message stating that exchanges could not be made due to hygiene reasons.
After that, I selected the refund option. This time, another automatic message stated that the product could not be refunded without a technical service report. Despite these contradictory responses, a return code was still created for me, and thanks to Trendyol, the product was successfully collected from me and delivered back to the seller. My order number is 11145771529.
Although the process appears completed on Trendyol’s side, the Carrefour SA system still shows the status as “under review.” It has now been almost one month, and the refund has still not been credited back to my card.
I request that the refund process for my defective product be finalized immediately and that the amount I paid be refunded to my card without any further delay. After the refund is completed, I am considering shopping again, but this prolonged delay and uncertainty are causing serious inconvenience and dissatisfaction.
