Karcher Online Store Fails to Deliver Shipment

I purchased a steam machine from the Karcher Turkey online store on 22.04.2024, but it hasn't been shipped even after nearly a month. Attached are the call records for visual reference. Today, I endured a one-hour wait to call customer service. When it was finally my turn, the customer service representative abruptly hung up before I could speak. Each call to customer service requires waiting at least 40-50 minutes, leaving us uncertain if we'll ever receive the product we paid for. My experience with Karcher Turkey has been extremely disappointing, and I won't be making any future purchases from them.
