I Face Karcher SE3 Compact Carpet Cleaner Stopped Working After One Use

I purchased a Karcher SE3 Compact carpet and upholstery cleaner from Carrefour Adana about two months ago. It worked fine during the first use, but afterward, it stopped performing both the spraying and suction functions.

I sent the device to service, and they returned it saying it was working properly, but as soon as I tried it again, the same issue occurred.

This is my honest user experience — the product does not function as expected and the problem persists despite service intervention.
