On September 20, 2025, I purchased a Karaca Hatır model coffee machine from the Karaca store at Olivium Mall in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. Shortly after the purchase, I began experiencing a heating issue, as the machine does not heat properly. I sent the product to the service center for the first time on October 6, 2025.
Since then, the machine has been sent to service three times, and it is now about to be sent for the fourth time. Throughout this entire process, I have not been able to drink even a single proper cup of coffee, as the same problem keeps recurring. Each time, the service center claims the product has been repaired and returns it, but it arrives as if it was never properly tested, with the issue completely unresolved.
I contacted the service center and requested a refund, but they told me there was nothing they could do. Customer service, on the other hand, stated that the product must be sent back to the service center and that a refund would depend on their decision. However, in practice, no such refund process has been initiated or applied.
For the product associated with invoice number 02025002557495, I do not want any further repairs or additional service attempts under any circumstances. Since the issue has not been resolved despite multiple service visits, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.
I am deeply disappointed to have gone through such a frustrating process with a brand I believed to be large, reputable, and reliable.
