Karaca Hatır Plus Mod 5 in 1 Talking Coffee Machine Quality Fail

We bought the Karaca Hatır Plus Mod 5 in 1 Talking Coffee Machine. It's currently priced at 6,999 TL on their website. Shortly after our purchase, the talking feature stopped working. We took it back to the store, and they returned it to us 47 days later. Two months later, the talking feature stopped again. Product Code: 153.03.06.4985. After a while, the socket of the coffee pot burned out. We sent it to the technical service under warranty. However, the store where we bought it suggested that if we sent it directly to them, the process would be faster. So, we got their authorized courier information and sent the product to them. It arrived after exactly 26 days. The internal socket had been replaced, but the entire product had scratches all over it. They claimed this was unavoidable and unchangeable due to their lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, we had to accept it. After 6 months, the same socket melted again, and we had to send it for repair once more. They replaced the internal socket again and returned the product to us, but we still believe there is a chronic issue with it. In total, the product underwent repairs three times within its 2-year warranty period, and unfortunately, we couldn't actively use it. Furthermore, the warranty has now expired, and the same socket has burned out again. We contacted Karaca about this issue. Here is the response they gave us: "Hello, this is Aslı. We offer paid repair and maintenance services for products that are not covered by warranty and for which you cannot provide a receipt. You can arrange paid repair and maintenance through the link below by selecting the option ''No Receipt''. Have a nice day. https://karaca.com/account/service-review These paid repair and maintenance costs are astronomical. It's almost as expensive as buying a new coffee machine. Until this experience, I have purchased many of their products. Despite seeing this through my membership, their approach has changed my opinion of the Karaca brand. We have bought Karaca products as gifts for many friends and relatives, and those who liked what they saw in our house have bought them too. However, from now on, we will neither buy nor encourage our loved ones to buy them. I wanted to inform consumers through the File a Complaint - Xolvie. Aside from the quality issues of the product, this attitude towards consumers is even more troubling. Please think twice before buying Karaca products, as they devalue their customers.
