My Coffee Machine Keeps Failing Despite Many Repairs
I purchased the Karaca Hatır coffee machine with a water tank from a Karaca store, and I have been experiencing problems with it since the first day. While brewing, it sometimes suddenly shows the “ready” warning, but the coffee is lukewarm. Usually, it works fine for about 5 times, but on the 6th or 7th try, it malfunctions. In addition, after the last repair, when I plugged it in, noises started coming from the pot after half an hour. During this process, I had to send it to the local service center 4 times and to the Istanbul service center 3 times. I spoke with customer service many times and specifically asked them to note my refund request, but each time only a part replacement was made, and the problem was never resolved. My product is still under warranty. I paid by credit card, and the total cost was about ₺2200. Because of this experience, my trust in the brand has been completely shaken, and I do not plan to choose it again. I request a refund.
