Avon System Error Blocks Earned Free Gift for Longtime Representative
I have been working as an Avon Cosmetics representative for a long time in the Üsküdar district of Istanbul. A canceled order from a previous campaign is being incorrectly shown in the system as if it belongs to a new campaign, and because of this, the target gift I earned is not being sent to me. Even though I met all the campaign requirements, the 50 ml Imari Free EDT gift that should have been assigned to me was never delivered. I have been dealing with this issue for nearly a month. When I contacted Avon representative services, they claimed that I made a return during the K1 period; however, I did not make any such return. Despite this, because the system incorrectly shows a return, my earned reward was not granted and I was treated unfairly. I am requesting that the cancellation from the previous campaign be corrected, that the system error be fixed so it is clear I met the campaign conditions, and that my rightful 50 ml Imari Free EDT gift be sent to me as soon as possible.
