BC Game Fails to Credit $2 After Successful Google Pay Transaction

On February 7, I made a payment of $2 from my Union Bank account via Google Pay to add money to my BC Game app account. The amount was deducted from my bank account but was not added to my BC Game balance. The payment shows as successful in my bank and Google Pay records, with UTR number 640419697135, yet BC Game has not credited this $2 to my account. I have not received any refund either, and there is no update in the app regarding this transaction. I request that this transaction be checked urgently and that either the $2 be credited to my BC Game account or refunded to my Union Bank account as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of why this issue occurred so I can avoid similar problems in the future.
