I purchased a Karaca coffee machine online on November 25, 2023, but it has already malfunctioned twice. The machine sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t, and often fails to brew coffee at all. I took it twice to the Osmaniye local service center (Emin Elektronik), but the issue was never properly fixed. They claimed to have replaced the socket, yet when I returned for the second repair, they removed the socket in front of me, proving it was never changed in the first place! Frustrated with the lack of resolution, I sent the product back again today under service request number SRV-368259-Z9F3Z. I urgently request a product replacement from Karaca in the name of customer satisfaction. I need a real solution this time!
