Sidra Chain Goggle Authenticator Not Working

I was using Google Authenticator on my Android phone, which I lost about two months ago. Since losing my device, I have been unable to access my Sidra Chain account because the two-factor authentication codes were only available in Google Authenticator on that lost phone. I have not been able to resolve this situation on my own, and I have not yet received any support regarding how to recover my access. I am currently completely locked out of my Sidra Chain account due to the 2FA setup. I request assistance to regain access to my Sidra Chain account and guidance or a solution to recover or reset the Google Authenticator-based two-factor authentication, so that I can securely use my account again.
