JustDone charged me automatic fees even though I canceled — how can I stop those charges?

If JustDone makes automatic charges or activates a subscription without your consent, follow these steps:

• Log in to your account and disable auto-renewal as soon as possible. Take a screenshot showing the subscription status.

• Gather evidence of the wrongful charge: a screenshot of the charge on your card/statement and proof that you canceled or did not agree to the renewal.

• Contact support by writing to [email protected] or through the official website. Explain that the charge was unauthorized, attach your proof, and request a refund.

• If the response is delayed, contact your bank and request a chargeback for an unauthorized charge after cancellation.

If the issue persists, share your experience and consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
