On 17/06/2026 at approximately 13:09 (GMT+7), I was charged USD 39.99 for the renewal of my Justdone subscription, which I did not intend to continue. I was not aware that the renewal would be processed and was surprised to see this charge. The transaction is linked to my order number #18e9e8f6-a320-4974-bcdb-ca03efb40acf. I kindly request that this transaction be reviewed and that a refund of USD 39.99 be issued, as the renewal was not intentional. In addition, I would appreciate confirmation that my subscription has been canceled so that no further automatic renewals or charges are made to my account.
