Just Done Upgraded My Plan Without Permission — How to Dispute It

I purchased only a 7-day access package from the Just Done website, and after that period I did not use the service or renew anything. However, $39 was charged to my card without my permission. When I tried to cancel my subscription through the app, the system did not allow me to cancel; it only offered a subscription-freeze option. Even though I never requested an upgrade, my plan was upgraded automatically, and I was charged for a service I did not use and did not approve.
