Justdone Converts $1 Trial Into $40 Subscription Without Consent

I signed up on the Justdone website for a 1-day membership costing $1. However, without my consent or any notification, my membership was automatically converted into a monthly subscription, and $40 was charged to my saved card.

This transaction took place on January 5, 2026, at around 1:02 PM, using my Yapı Kredi Bank card registered in my name. Even though I did not have sufficient funds, the charge still went through, causing my account balance to drop to approximately –$58 USD.

I request that this unauthorized $40 charge be refunded to my account in full, including any exchange rate differences and related impacts, and that this monthly subscription started without my permission be canceled immediately.
