JustDone Charged Me $39.99 After a Short-Term Subscription
On July 31, 2026, a charge equivalent to $39.99 USD was made to my BBVA Peru account by DLC*Justdone, even though I had only paid for a few days of service and had no intention of continuing with any further charges. On August 1, 2026, I noticed this unauthorized and unwanted charge. I did not consent to this payment, and I consider it an error, since my intention was only to make a short-term payment and not to maintain an active subscription. I have already cancelled the subscription so that no new charges are made in the future. Now I formally request the full refund of the $39.99 USD amount charged to my account and the correction of any record that shows this payment as authorized. I kindly ask you to review this situation as soon as possible and process the refund to my BBVA Peru account, as well as to send me written confirmation once the refund has been completed.
