JustDone AI Unauthorized Charge After Seven Day Plan Subscription
On 4 April 2026, I signed up for a $2 trial plan with JustDone AI using the account associated with the email address pratima****[email protected]. I was under the impression that it was only a trial and did not clearly understand that a paid subscription would start automatically after the trial period without my explicit consent. However, on 11 April 2026, a charge of $39 was taken from my credit card as part of a subscription that I did not knowingly authorize. I only intended to use the trial and was not aware that a recurring subscription would begin automatically after seven days. After noticing the charge, I contacted JustDone AI support. They canceled the subscription for the following month, but they did not refund the $39 that was already taken. Since I did not knowingly approve the continuation of the subscription beyond the trial, I consider this charge unauthorized. I request that the $39 charge dated 11 April 2026 be fully refunded to my credit card and that a clear explanation be provided as to how this subscription was activated without my explicit consent.
