I signed up for a membership on the Justdone platform, but the subscription duration and pricing terms were not clearly and explicitly disclosed to me at the time of signup. I completed the process thinking it was a trial or low-cost usage.
Despite this, on January 1, 2026, I noticed a charge of $56 was taken from my card — much higher than I expected. If I had known the subscription terms and costs would be like this, I absolutely would not have approved it. For this reason, I do not accept this transaction or charge, and due to the misleading subscription terms, I am requesting a refund.
As soon as I noticed the charge, I canceled the subscription directly on Justdone’s website. I then wrote to Justdone’s support team to explain the situation, but so far I have received no response.
I request that a thorough review be conducted regarding the subscription terms and pricing, and that the $56 charge be refunded in full. I also ask to be informed in writing about the outcome.
