JustDone Subscription Still Charging After Cancellation

Hello, I canceled my subscription number 1733019 from the Just Done translation website, and I also had the transaction reversed through my bank. However, the company keeps claiming that my subscription was not canceled and is still trying to charge me. I have also emailed them about this issue.

I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
