Justdone.com Charged My Card Without Notice
I had previously purchased a digital service from Justdone.com and paid the fee. However, on November 8, a charge of $47 was made on my credit card without my knowledge. I did not receive any confirmation message or notification about the transaction. Moreover, the website is foreign-based, so I was unable to contact customer service, and I don’t have any customer or order number.
I contacted my bank and filed a dispute regarding this unfair charge. I am also requesting a refund from Justdone.com. Please address this matter immediately and correct the harm done.
