Justdone.com Bills My Card Three Times Without Approval

Since November 8, 2025, I started using the service on justdone.com with a standard membership. I created the membership with my email address and at first paid a secure online payment of 85 TL (about $2 USD) without issue. However, in the following days, two additional charges of 845 TL (~$26 USD) and 1,700 TL (~$52 USD) were made from my card without any approval code sent to my phone. In total, three separate charges totaling 2,630 TL (~$80 USD) were taken from my card within 10 days.
All of these charges appear on my card statement as “justdone.com”. Although my bank is Kuveyt Türk, I could not find any contact information for justdone.com, so I have not been able to reach the company directly. I also only recently noticed that my membership is still active.
I request that all of these unauthorized charges be refunded to me, that my account be fully closed, and that justdone.com contact me directly.
