Justdone AI Makes Unauthorized Extra Charge on Monthly Subscription

While I was using a monthly subscription on the Justdone AI platform, I am filing a complaint because an additional charge was made to my card without my permission or approval. On January 1, 2026, a one-time excess charge of approximately $55 USD was withdrawn from my Yapı Kredi Bank credit card, in addition to the regular subscription fee.

I do not accept this charge, as I did not purchase any add-on package, extra service, or approve any additional transaction. I request that the unjustly charged $55 USD be refunded to my card as soon as possible, and that my account be reviewed to prevent any unauthorized or unnecessary charges from happening again.
