Justdone AI Charges $39.99 Without Consent After Free Trial

I signed up for a 7-day trial with Justdone AI, and the cost of that trial was clearly stated. However, on January 9 at 10:48 PM, a $39.99 subscription fee was automatically charged to my card without any prior notice, without an SMS verification code, and without my consent.

I noticed this charge only recently and contacted Akbank, the bank linked to my card. The bank told me that I need to resolve the issue directly with the company and referred me to Justdone AI. However, on the Justdone AI side, I cannot find any direct contact channel or clear way to reach a representative.

I am requesting a refund of the unauthorized $39.99 charge. I have canceled my subscription on my end, and I also want Justdone AI to process this cancellation in their system and ensure that no further charges are made to my card without my permission. I expect a fast and transparent response regarding both the refund and the subscription cancellation.
