Unauthorized Justdone.com Charge Refund Request
On August 15, 2025, I paid for a “revision” service for my thesis on Justdone. Then my card was charged $2 and later $10. However, when I checked my account today, I discovered that even though I hadn’t logged into my Justdone.com account or used any service—despite my card not being saved—a further payment of $38 was taken. All transactions were made via my Ziraat Bankası card and the transaction reference number is 7143734.
I want to emphasize this is the first time I’m ever facing such an issue. I contacted Justdone.com’s customer service about this, but they only told me to wait and haven’t resolved anything. I demand the extra charge be refunded immediately, that any membership on my account be canceled and my account fully deleted. I request that this matter be handled urgently.
