I Demand Refund for JustDone Auto-Renewal Charges I Did Not Approve

I have discovered that I have been charged for a JustDone subscription that I did not knowingly subscribe to or intend to continue. These charges have been ongoing from last year until today, and in total, I have been charged approximately 60 in total for this unwanted subscription. I do not know which specific plan or subscription type has been applied to my account, and I was not clearly informed or aware that payments would continue automatically. I have been using the service with the email address shenyi3***@uhomesyxhj.ulifeai.com, and only recently realized that the subscription was still active and charging me. I have not previously contacted JustDone customer support about this issue and I also do not know how to cancel the subscription or stop the auto‑renewal from my account settings, so the subscription appears to still be active. I request that my JustDone subscription linked to the email address above be cancelled immediately and that a full refund of the approximately 60 charged from last year until today be issued, as I did not knowingly authorize or intend these recurring payments.
