Justdone Charges $39.99 Without Any Account or Consent
Even though I have no membership or registration with the company Justdone, I noticed that on December 16, 2025, a hold/charge of $39.99 was placed on my İş Bankası debit card. No approval was requested from me, and I was not asked to create an account, enter an SMS verification code, or give any consent. This transaction was carried out entirely without my knowledge or permission.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted İş Bankası customer service. However, the bank informed me that they could not take action and that I needed to contact Justdone directly. Unfortunately, I cannot find any phone number or clear contact channel for Justdone, so I am unable to report my issue directly to the company.
I request that this unauthorized $39.99 transaction be canceled immediately and refunded to my account, and that any possible membership or subscription created using my name be completely canceled. I ask for an urgent response and for my grievance to be resolved without delay.
