Justdone Charges Unauthorized $54 Subscription Fee After Canceled Trial

Although I only purchased a 7-day pass from the Justdone website, a 1-month subscription fee of $53 was charged to me on April 25, 2026. I was aware of this initial transaction, but I subsequently canceled my subscription through the website on April 26, 2026.

Despite canceling my subscription, another charge of $54 was drawn from my İş Bankası credit card on May 25, 2026, without my consent, renewal request, or prior notification. No SMS or any other notification was sent to me during this second charge.

Additionally, although I want to delete my account completely, the website does not allow me to do so. I am filing this complaint regarding the unauthorized continuation of my canceled subscription, the unnotified charges on my card, and the inability to permanently delete my account.

I demand an immediate refund of the unfairly charged fee of $54, the complete termination of my subscription, and the permanent deletion of my account. Otherwise, I hereby state that I will file the necessary complaints with the relevant legal authorities.
