I am experiencing a serious issue with my JBL Wave Buds 2. While listening to music, the sound in the right earbud suddenly stopped working. The indicator light is on, and touch controls still function (pausing and playing music), but no sound comes through.
This product is still under warranty, but I cannot find my receipt or the original box. I need urgent technical support as I rely on these earbuds for daily use.
JBL, please resolve this issue immediately by either repairing or replacing the faulty earbud. I expect a quick solution since this is a known issue with your earbuds. How can I proceed without a receipt? Please assist me as soon as possible.
