JBL Tune Flex Left Earbud Stopped Working After One Week

I’ve been using my JBL Tune Flex earbuds for just a week, and the left earbud has already stopped working. The earbuds automatically switched to mono mode, and the left side is completely unresponsive. I regret purchasing this product as it’s now unusable.

I considered sending it in for warranty repair, but I was informed it could take up to a month to get it back. Meanwhile, I’ve received no proper communication from JBL despite their claims that they would reach out. The lack of functionality and support is incredibly frustrating. I need a swift resolution—either a replacement or immediate repair to restore the product’s usability. Please address this issue urgently.
