My JBL Tune Flex NC Earbuds Stopped Producing Sound After 3 Months

I purchased my JBL Tune Flex NC earbuds 3 months ago, and they have already stopped functioning properly. Initially, the sound would work for about 10 minutes before cutting out completely. I had to place the earbuds back in the case for 5 minutes, and the sound would return briefly before cutting out again.

Now, the sound has stopped entirely. The touch controls still work, allowing me to pause and play music, but no audio comes through the earbuds. This is unacceptable for a product I purchased so recently.

I need JBL to address this issue immediately by repairing or replacing my earbuds. I expect a reliable solution to this problem as soon as possible.
