I Was Tricked Into Getting Banned On Umingle And Need My Account Restored

I am an Umingle user from South Jakarta, Indonesia, with account ID 4776c1e6. On Friday, 8 May 2026, at around 11 p.m., my account was suddenly banned after I followed instructions from another user on Umingle who turned out to be misleading us. The person in Umingle told us to type “m15” with the reason that it would allow the screen to be zoomed in. After I followed this instruction, my account was banned even though I had no intention of violating any rules and I only did what was suggested, believing it was a normal feature. I feel that I have been tricked and that this ban is unfair because I did not know that entering this code would cause a problem with my account. Until now, I have not contacted Umingle support because I did not know the correct contact channel, so I tried searching for a solution on Google and was directed here. I kindly request Umingle to review my account and the incident that occurred, and to lift the ban on my account 4776c1e6 so that I can use the application again. I hope this situation can be investigated and resolved fairly, as I was a victim of misinformation from another user and not someone who intentionally violated the rules.
