Airbnb Failed To Handle My Edinburgh Reservation Dispute Fairly

I booked an Airbnb accommodation in Edinburgh from 30 April to 2 May. Although I checked out and delivered the keys as required, Airbnb later contacted me and requested £565, stating that a locksmith was needed to open the door and that there were additional related charges. According to the information shared with me, Airbnb is following the request and claims of the host and is holding me responsible for this locksmith fee. I have already explained my side to Airbnb support and stated that I delivered the keys and do not accept responsibility for any door or lock problem that allegedly occurred later, but they still insist on this charge. I find it unfair and disproportionate to be asked to pay £565 in this situation. I kindly request that Airbnb cancel this £565 payment request completely and review this case fairly based on the actual check-out and key delivery process.
