When your JBL Tune 130NC earbuds lose sound in one ear, it's usually because of a problem with the connection or dirt and dust.

To begin, clean the earbuds by taking off the tips and wiping the speaker mesh with rubbing alcohol-soaked cotton swabs or a soft cloth. Before you use them, make sure the ears are dry.

If cleaning doesn't work, put the earbuds back in their charging case, tap each touch control twice, and then hold for 5 seconds until the LEDs flash. After that, pair them again with your device.

If one of the earbuds disconnects, make sure that both of them are charging properly. If you need to, clean the charge contacts in the case.

There may be a technology problem if the problem keeps happening. For help, call JBL's customer service or go to an authorized repair center.
