Netshort Must Cancel My Subscription And Stop Future Charges

I am using the Netshort mobile app via the Apple App Store in the USA, and my subscription was renewed in May 2026 without my consent. I did not authorize this renewal, and I clearly do not want the service to keep renewing automatically. When I tried to cancel, the subscription does not appear under my Apple subscriptions and I only see the charges on my credit card statement, so I am unable to manage or stop it myself from the usual settings. I request that my Netshort mobile app subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further renewals or charges be made to my card without my explicit permission.
