My JBL Wave Flex Right Earbud Stopped Working—No Light

I bought my JBL Wave Flex earbuds just about 4 months ago, and now the right earbud has completely stopped working. At first, I noticed that the battery on the right side was draining much faster than the left. But now it’s not showing any signs of life at all. There’s no LED light, it doesn’t show up in the JBL app, and my phone doesn’t detect it. It’s like the right earbud just died without warning.

I’ve tried everything—cleaning the contacts, resetting the device, using different chargers—but nothing works. After doing some research online, I found that many others are facing the exact same issue. This seems to be a recurring or even chronic problem with the JBL Wave Flex model.

This is unacceptable for a product that costs well over ₺1000 and is barely a few months old. I expected quality and durability from JBL, but instead I’m left with a half-functioning device. JBL must address this defect and offer a free replacement or repair. I shouldn’t be forced to buy a whole new set because of a manufacturing flaw. Please take this issue seriously and provide a solution immediately.
