I purchased the JBL Tune Flex 2 earbuds from Media Markt yesterday. Even though the product is completely new, the earbuds’ indicator lights don’t turn on and they won’t connect to any device. I initially thought the battery might be empty, so I fully charged them, but the issue persists. I have both the invoice and warranty certificate.
This problem has been present since the moment I bought the product, and the earbuds have never worked at all. I haven’t yet contacted Media Markt or JBL customer service about the issue.
I request that the product be replaced immediately since it is defective from the start.
