I bought the JBL Wave 100 TWS headphones a few months ago. Since 1-3 weeks ago, they just won't charge. When I connect them to something that charges them, the white light keeps blinking. It makes me crazy! If JBL works like this, we're in trouble. In any case, the white light keeps flashing. Even though the headphones have been connected to a charger for a long time, the battery level stays at 10% even when I hold them in my hand. I keep having the same problem: I put them on in the morning, but by the end of the day, they only show a 10% charge. I'm talking directly to the customer service team: please send a new product or give me a refund as soon as possible. ☺️
