Umingle Suspended My Account Without Considering The Situation
I have been using Umingle for over two years without any issues, however on May 12, 2026 my account was suddenly banned while I was in a room on the website via Safari. During that session my little brother briefly walked into the camera frame, and right after that I received a ban. Until this incident, I had always used the platform properly and had no problems. Since today’s ban I have not been able to access my account at all. I believe this ban is unfair because the situation was accidental and there was no malicious intent. I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this issue. I kindly request that my Umingle account be reviewed and that my ban be removed so I can continue using the platform as I have for the past two years.
