My JBL Wave 100 TWS Earbuds Won’t Pair Together

I am frustrated with my JBL Wave 100 TWS earbuds, which have stopped pairing with each other for the past week. When I take them out of the case, my phone or tablet shows them as two separate devices. I’ve tried resetting them, but the issue persists.

If I attempt to connect both earbuds at the same time, only one works. Pressing the power button on the right activates the right earbud, and the same happens with the left. They no longer sync together as they used to. Additionally, the JBL app doesn’t even recognize this model.

I need JBL to address this issue promptly and provide a solution. These earbuds are unusable in their current state.
