JBL TWS300 Charging Case Not Working Despite Proper Use

My JBL TWS300 earbuds charge properly inside the case, but the charging case itself won’t charge, and its light doesn’t turn on. This issue started suddenly, and now I can only use the earbuds once before the case runs out of power.

I’ve verified that the charging cable is working correctly, so the problem is clearly with the case. This defect significantly limits the functionality of the earbuds, making them inconvenient to use.
