I’ve been using the JBL Tune Flex for only four months, and the left earbud has completely stopped working. It doesn’t charge, the light doesn’t turn on, and it won’t connect to my phone. Despite leaving it on charge for hours, there’s no response. The right earbud works perfectly, so this seems like a specific defect with the left side.

There’s been no exposure to water or drops—this issue arose suddenly without any apparent cause. It’s incredibly frustrating that a product from a trusted brand has failed so soon. I expect JBL to address this issue under warranty and provide a replacement or repair immediately. Reliable customer support and product quality are the least I expect from this brand.
