My JBL Tune Flex earbuds have developed an issue where the right earbud won’t charge, and its light doesn’t turn on. The left earbud works perfectly, and the charging case is fully charged, so I don’t believe the issue is with the case.
I tried resetting the earbuds using the app, but because they are stuck in mono mode, the reset function doesn’t work. This has left the right earbud completely non-functional, making the product unusable for its intended purpose.
I am requesting JBL to address this issue immediately, either by repairing or replacing the faulty earbud. For a brand known for quality, this is disappointing, and I expect a prompt resolution to restore functionality.
