For goods bought from authorised resellers, JBL usually gives a warranty that lasts for one year from the date of purchase. Go to JBL's Warranty Request (https://support.jbl.com/us/en/customer-service/warranty-request.html) to start a warranty claim.
You'll need to give information about yourself, the product, the problem, and proof that you bought it. Make sure you have your order confirmation or receipt on hand, as this is important evidence for handling your claim.
JBL aims to get back to you within 48 hours of receiving the form. Depending on the case, they may give steps for fixing the problem or give the go-ahead for a replacement.
If your product is more than six months old, you may get a replacement that is restored and works just like new.
