JBL Tune Flex Left Earbud Battery Drains in 1 Minute

I recently purchased JBL Tune Flex earbuds, but I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue with the left earbud. Despite showing 100% charge upon connection, it gives a low battery warning and shuts off within a minute. This problem has persisted for the past four days.

The right earbud works perfectly fine, but I am unable to charge the left earbud properly. This has made the product unusable for its intended purpose, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality.

JBL, I need immediate guidance on how to resolve this issue. Can this be repaired, or will the earbuds need to be replaced? Please address this matter promptly to restore functionality to the product. Thank you.
