JBL Tune Flex Stuck in Mono Mode and One Earbud Stopped Working

I recently purchased the JBL Tune Flex, but within just two months, the earbuds started malfunctioning. One of the earbuds automatically switched to mono mode, and now I can’t revert it back. Worse, one earbud has completely stopped working.

It’s incredibly disappointing to experience such issues with a brand like JBL, especially so soon after purchase. I expected reliable quality, but this has been nothing but frustrating.

I am requesting an immediate resolution, whether through repair or replacement. JBL must ensure their products meet the expectations of customers, especially when they are known for delivering premium audio devices. Please address this issue promptly.
