With my JBL Tune Flex 2 headphones, the buttons are being triggered on their own even though I am not pressing them. This issue occurs especially when the headphones are exposed to sunlight or bright light, and it happens repeatedly. I have been experiencing this problem for about one week.
Previously, I was using JBL Tune Flex. Due to a defect, it was replaced under warranty by Aztek, and I received the JBL Tune Flex 2 instead. Since I am now experiencing a problem with my current headphones as well, I am primarily requesting a refund, or alternatively, a product replacement. I also have the return invoice in my possession.
I contacted Aztek today and was given a shipping code. However, since I am not sure whether this issue is technical and because I want to hear from other users who may be experiencing the same problem, I wanted to write here. The process of shipping the product, having it evaluated, and receiving it back will take a long time, and it is not easy for me to manage without headphones during that period. I am a student, and I spend most of my day in the library. I am expecting a solution and clarification regarding this issue.
