JBL Tune Flex Right Earbud Stops Charging After One Year

I purchased my JBL Tune Flex headphones from a store about one year ago. For the past two weeks, the right earbud has not been charging at all, which prevents me from using the product effectively. While the left earbud works without any issues, the fact that only the right earbud will not charge makes me believe the product has developed a defect.

So far, I have not contacted technical service or the store, but I would like the product to be evaluated under warranty. Since this is a one-sided charging issue, I believe it may be a manufacturing-related defect.

I am requesting that my JBL Tune Flex headphones be inspected under warranty and, if possible, replaced. Although I do not clearly remember the store name, I can state that the product was purchased approximately one year ago. I kindly ask that the process be handled quickly and with customer satisfaction in mind.
