JBL TUNE570BT Power Button Sunk Without Impact, Seeking Solution

I purchased the JBL TUNE570BT headphones about a year ago, and the power button has unexpectedly sunk into the device without any impact or misuse. I have always handled the headphones carefully and barely used them, so this issue is extremely disappointing. Despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to find a solution. Tomorrow, I plan to open the screws to check for a fix, but this shouldn’t be necessary for a product that’s supposed to be durable. JBL is a trusted brand, and I hope they can assist in resolving this issue quickly. If anyone has experienced the same problem or knows a solution, please share. I request JBL to provide support to address this defect promptly.
